China Shuttle to Open in New Towne Mall Food Court this Month
New Philadelphia, Ohio (June 12, 2006) -- New Towne Mall announced today that a new food court vendor is slated to open this month. China Shuttle, a top-quality, authentic Chinese food concept is currently under construction with plans to open June 30.
China Shuttle, owned by Xu Mao, is one of five food court locations operated by Xanadu Food Service. Other locations include malls in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.
Mao began his career as a chef nearly 20 years ago and opened his first Chinese fast food operation in Rock Hill Galleria Mall in 1994. Since then, three more restaurants have opened and the company continues to expand. "China Shuttle will offer authentic Chinese food, prepared with only the finest, freshest ingredients," said Mao. "My concept focuses on fresh ingredients, variety and value."
If past performance is an indicator of what to expect at New Towne, China Shuttle will have many loyal customers. "It´s a food concept that is capable of delivering the quality of gourmet Chinese cuisine normally found only in full-serve restaurants," said Greg Fleser, general manager at New Towne Mall. "We are proud to offer another fine food court restaurant to our customers and look forward to their grand opening later this month."
